Help Desk Support
SouthTel Communications offers technical help desk contracts to provide Tier I or Tier II support to a company’s employees. This frees up their technical team to work on more complex projects. With our team of certified industry experts, we can provide first-call support and diagnostics, in a courteous and professional manner and then engage the company’s technical team only when necessary.
